Zawory zwrotne zamykają przewody próżniowe nieosłoniętych ssawek. W ten sposób utrzymywane jest podciśnienie systemowe. Ograniczniki przepływu zawężają przewód próżniowy. Stosuje się je przede wszystkim przy przenoszeniu części porowatych.
